Are you a member a MBF? MBF Demutualisation
After considering a number of alternatives, the MBF Board has recommended a $2.41 billion proposal from BUPA Australia to combine the businesses of the MBF Group and BUPA Australia Group (the “Scheme”).
If the proposal is implemented you may be entitled to receive a cash payment.
